Part development and tooling design
MALSA supports you, from the first idea of your product until achieving a suitable part for the high pressure die casting process (HDPC). From there, we also take care of managing possible changes and updates during the life cycle of the product.
Our team of highly qualified engineers is equipped with state-of-the-art tools, working mainly with Siemens NX for CAD/CAM development, integrated through Team Center, Siemens’ PLM software.
In addition, we use ESI Group’s Quickcast software, which allows us to simulate the entire injection moulding process of the workpiece.
Furthermore, your project will be managed and controlled continuously by our Project Management team, who will ensure that all your requirements are met and that the project is carried out within a mutually agreed framework in terms of scope, cost, time and quality, always in accordance with the relevant standards (IATF / ISO 9001).
Our technical support continues along the life cycle of the product, always maintaining the vision of continuous improvement and constantly willing to resolve any situation that favours our customer.
